Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 10-15g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood and disperses Cold.
With Shu Di Huang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 5-9g Invigorates the Blood, promotes the movement of Qi and expels Wind.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 12g Nourishes the Blood, astringes Yin and calms Liver Yang and Liver Wind.
 With Dang Gui, nourishes Yin and Blood.
With Dang Gui and Shu Di Huang, for dizziness, blurred vision, and dysmenorrhea due to Blood Deficiency or Stasis.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 10-15g Nourishes Jing and Blood and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
With Dang Gui, Bai Shao and Chuan Xiong, for anemia.
Rz. Gastrodiae Tian Ma 6-10g Extinguishes Wind and calms the Liver.
With Chuan Xiong, for overwhelming attacks of Wind leading to migraines and dizziness so severe that the person feels as if they are about to fall over.
Rz. et Rx. Notopterygii Qiang Huo 6-9g Releases the Exterior, disperses Cold and guides Qi to the Tai Yang and Du channels.
Sm. Cuscutae Tu Si Zi 10-15g Strengthens Yang, nourishes Yin, astringes Jing and tonifies the Kidneys and Liver.
Fr. Chaenomelis Mu Gua 10-12g Relaxes the sinews, increases Qi and Blood circulation and unblocks the channels.
With Dang Gui and Bai Shao, for Blood Deficiency causing muscle spasms.
